Integrating with IBM Watson Campaign Automation

Watson Campaign Automation supports open-time personalization. When the message is open, the individualized content will be loaded in the form of custom images for each user.

The Recipient ID in Watson Campaign Automation should be used for mapping. The OneSpot team will provide the full mapping parameter during onboarding. Once provided, the parameter should be added to all email links as a customer link parameter.


Use the InBox Wizard to generate the custom HTML for your mailing template. The HTML should be pasted into the template where you want the individualized content to display. The InBox Wizard will be configured for you during onboarding and will reference the custom templates that have been developed during onboarding.
